1. What Nuggy is
Nuggy suggests restaurant orders and modifier combinations that fit a calorie and protein target you set. It is a convenience tool, not medical, nutritional, or dietary advice.
2. Nutrition is an estimate
All macro values are estimates derived from published nutrition data and modifier math. Actual values vary by location, preparation, serving size, substitutions, and recipe changes. Always verify allergens and official nutrition information with the restaurant before ordering, especially if you have allergies or medical dietary needs.
3. Not affiliated with restaurants
Restaurant names, menu items, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility only. Nuggy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any restaurant brand. Item availability, modifiers, and prices are set by each restaurant and may differ from what the app shows.
4. Your account
Sign-in is optional and passwordless (email code). You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address you use. You may delete your account and data at any time from within the app.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempts to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or scrape the service, and no use that violates applicable law.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that recommendations are accurate, available, or suitable for your needs.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuggy is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on nutrition estimates or ordering decisions.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date.
